I was very happy that I chose Mr. Tushar Pain to represent me in my matter.
I was charged with driving a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. It was the first time in my life that I faced criminal charges; it was a very scary and stressful time. A friend of mine recommended me to Mr. Pain. Right from the beginning Mr. Pain was very understanding and patient. He understood how stressful the situation was for me and did everything possible to instill a sense of calmness and hope.
He was very resourceful; he hired one of the best expert toxicologists in the city to help build my defence. Mr. Pain has an excellent understanding of the law, even though the drinking and driving laws changed in July of 2008, he was still able to carve out a strong defence.
The whole ordeal took almost one year to get resolved, throughout it all, Mr. Pain was always there for me whenever I had questions or concerns. He always made time for me and was never too busy to take my call. I found while talking to others who were in my situation was not always the case with their lawyers.
On trial date, Mr. Pain did an excellent job defending me against a very aggressive crown attorney. I was ultimately acquitted of all charges and was finally able to put the nightmare behind me.
